Petitioner is aggrieved by the Tribunal fixing December 1, 2023 as the date for hearing.

Petitioner claims that the matter can be disposed of directing the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer to consider the representation made by the petitioner.

State is represented.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not require any opportunity to file supplementary affidavit. Pleadings are otherwise complete according to petitioner.

In such circumstances, at the invitation of the petitioner, the liberty granted to the petitioner to file supplementary affidavit by the impugned order dated November 16, 2022 is recalled.

Learned Tribunal is requested to hear and dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.L.R.T.177 of 2022 is dispose of accordingly.
