The petitioner/father has challenged the order dated December 6, 2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track, 4th Court, Alipore in Act VIII Case No.48 of 2022.

The order deals with the visitation arrangement for the Christmas vacation of 2022, which has now become infructuous. This court had already made an arrangement for the Winter/Christmas vacation of 2023-2024 in C.O. 3786 of 2023, for the mother to visit the child and for the father to travel with the child.

Accordingly, the revisional application stands disposed of.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of the order.
