Earlier this revisional application was called on 11.12.2023 when none appeared for the petitioner. Today also when the revisional application has been called, none represents the petitioner.

The subject-matter of the present revisional application relates to Durgapur Police Station Case No. 109 of 2019 dated 10.03.2019 which is under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code as well as the Arms Act. The investigating agency on conclusion of investigation submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional court under the same relevant provisions. Having regard to the materials so enclosed along with this revisional application, I am of the opinion that there are substantial materials for the petitioner to face the trial.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4572 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
