This matter was called on 29th January, 2025 and again on 19th February, 2025. The matter was adjourned as it was submitted that the learned advocate representing the petitioner was unwell. Today the learned advocate for the petitioner is present. It is submitted by the learned advocate that she has no instruction in the matter and her client has also not contacted her.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it appears that the petitioner is no more interested to prosecute the matter.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for default.

Interim order if any, stands vacated.
