1. Criminal Investigation Department, West Bengal (in short "CID") has filed a report dated 7th June, 2023.

2. The same has been considered and returned to the Counsel for the CID since it may prejudice the investigation.

3. It appears therefrom that the CID has found new leads in the investigation.

4. This Court finds that the CID has made sincere efforts to apprehend the accused persons.

5. It is, therefore, ordered that the subject investigation be completed within a period of two months from date.

6. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
