It is submitted that the matter has been amicably settled by both the parties before the Mediator. The report of the Mediator is furnished in another proceeding being CRR 3029 of 2023, and the proceeding pending before the Court of Magistrate has been quashed in terms of that..

The instant revisional application has been filed by the present petitioner (appears in person) being the wife for quashing of the proceeding being Howrah P.S. Case No.442 of 2018 dated 20.8.2018 in connection with G.R. Case no.4593 of 2018 pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Municpal Court, Howrah under Section 341/323/505/34 of the IPC.

It is further submitted that in terms of the settlement of application under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been filed being MAT suit no.497 of 2026.

In view of the report of the mediator and on consent of both the parties, this revisional application stands disposed of. 5.

The proceeding so pending before the Court of Magistrate is hereby quashed.

The case diary be returned immediately to the prosecution. 7.
