Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. 16 Bottles of codeine syrup have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Bail prayer of petitioner no. 2 was rejected on merit in October, 2023. Petitioner no. 1 stands on the same footing as petitioner no. 2. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
