1. This matter is appearing in the list under the heading "To Be Mentioned".

2. Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 18th February, 2026, in 2nd/ 3rd line of paragraph 5 of page 3 mentioning the words " „A' Category Scale of Pay" instead of "Post Graduate Scale of Pay".

3. Accordingly, in 2nd/ 3rd line of paragraph 5 of page 3 the words be read as "Post Graduate Scale of Pay" in place of "A Category Scale of Pay".

4. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

5. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

6. This order shall form part of order dated 18th February, 2026.

7. All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
