Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim lady. They conjointly poured acid into her mouth. Medical evidence corroborates the allegation. In view of gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
