1) The petitioner submits that for bringing some FRIDAY Court : CB-07 Item : DL-16 Bench : SINGLE Matter : WPA Status : DISMISSED ID : 266057 AR : NANDY subsequent facts and making the Ethics and Medical Registration Board as party, she wants to withdraw the instant writ-petition and to file a comprehensive one on the selfsame cause of action.

2) In such view of the matter, WPA 27848 of 2022 is 'dismissed as withdrawn' giving liberty to the petitioner to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.
