Report submitted by the learned Counsel for the State is placed on record. From the report it appears that the petitioner does not suffer from psychiatric disorder. He is suffering from acute Gastro Entritis and has been given treatment. In view of the aforesaid facts and the incriminating materials implicating the petitioner in the murder of one of his family members we are not inclined to grant bail to him. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
