The writ petitioner is aggrieved that her result in the recruitment process for the post of Constable (GD) in the CAPFs for the year 2022 has been withheld. 2.

The respondents have clarified that there is discrepancy found in the petitioner's biometrics particularly signature, LTI as also her photograph. The documents relating to the writ petitioner's recruitment have been sent to the CFSL and CFPB Kolkata and reports are awaited.

In that view of the matter, the Director, CFSL Kolkata is added as a party respondent to the instant proceedings.

Leave is granted to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner to amend the cause title in course of the day to this effect.

Let service be effected upon the Director, CFSL, CFPB Kolkata along with a copy of this order.

The CFSL, Kolkata and CFPB are directed to submit a report to the SSC as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from date. 7.

The respondents shall take a decision in the matter based on the report of the CFSL and CFPB, and communicate the same to the writ petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
