1. Report as called for by the order dated February 17, 2025 filed in Court be taken on record.

2. Report of the State shows that, petitioners before us are enrolled as voters.

3. In such circumstances, considering the fact that, petitioners before us appears to be Indian Citizen and their names being included in the voters list at least on a prima facie basis, we are inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, we direct that the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Learned

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, subject to condition that the petitioners shall appear before the learned trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. 5.

In the event, the petitioners fail to comply with the conditions as enshrined hereinbefore, it is open to the trial court to cancel the bail without further reference to this Court. 6.

The prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. 7.
