Mr. R.N.Dutta Mr. Arkoday Mukherjee ..for the Petitioners Inadvertent error has crept into the order dated December 09, 2025 which is corrected as follows. In the said order "T.S.No. 986 of 2019" be read as "T.S.No. 968 of 2019". The "deed of gift" be read as "deed of conveyance".

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated December 09, 2025.
