2. On the prayer of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, leave is granted to make necessary correction in the 3rd line of paragraph no. 4 of the writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid correction the order dated 19th March, 2026 is modified to the extent that in paragraph no.4 in the 5th line, the words "the petitioner's minor daughter" should be read in place and stead of "the petitioner's minor son".

4. The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

5. The other portions of the aforesaid order shall remain unaltered.

6. This order shall form part of the order dated 19th March, 2026.
