3. Part of the construction is found to be unauthorized. The documents are placed before this court. The panchayat shall immediately forward the documents relating to the proceeding to the Sub Divisional Officer concerned, who shall act in accordance with law.

4. Under such circumstances, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceeding is dropped.

5. Personal appearance of Smt. Mayabati Karmakar is dispensed with. Rule is discharged.
