At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that petitioners do not want to proceed with the matter since writ petition was filed based on non-consideration of offline transfer application seeking mutual transfer which was made before resumption of portal.

It is submitted that petitioners have made fresh application seeking mutual transfer after resumption of portal. Therefore, previous mutual transfer application becomes infructuous.

In view of aforesaid submission, writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
