1. The petitioners' grievance has been somewhat redressed as the Bank has requested the petitioners to come with a fresh proposal with an enhanced amount to facilitate a one-time settlement proposal. This intimation was made sometime on 07.01.2026.

2. The ninety days period will expire some time on 06.04.2026.

3. In view of the afore-stated, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ-petition.

4. WPA 27968 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
