Mr. Ghatak, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has two fold contentions; first regarding the threat and second regarding the recovery of 'Streedhan' articles not being made at a separate location other than Siliguri.

Mr. Kallol Bose, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party nos.2 and 3 draws the attention of this Court to the seizure lists and inventories which were made, I find that there have been recoveries in the present case, but the same may not be in consonance with the allegations which have been made by the complainant. In case, the complainant is of the view that there are other gold jewelleries which

are or can be kept at a separate location, the complainant would draw the attention of the Investigating Officer of this case and the Investigating Officer, if so required would conduct a search or raid at the said location. If the said location is a property, bank account or a bank locker, then in that case notice be issued to the concerned persons of the in-laws, who would either be present themselves or through their representatives and would cooperate with the police authorities in effecting search or raid. After completion of search a report be submitted before the Jurisdictional Court, which granted interim bail, the bail orders would be confirmed by the learned Magistrate in accordance with the outcome of the search and seizure. With this above observations, C.R.M.(SB) 293 of 2022 is disposed of.
