1. Petitioner prays for bail on the ground of medical condition and his suffering as well as period of custody.

2. Petitioner apparently is in custody in excess of 330 days.

3. Medical condition of the petitioner suggests that, the petitioner is physically challenged.

4. Police filed charge sheet.

5. Materials in the Case Diary implicate the petitioner in murder. Eyewitness saw the petitioner to assault the victim by a bamboo pole. Post Mortem Report corroborates the statement of the eyewitness.

6. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
