It is submitted on behalf of the State that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition the State has considered the entire issue and the name of the petitioner appears in the category of selected candidates.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition has become infructuous. W.P.A. No. 26778 of stands disposed of in terms of the instructions filed on behalf of the State.

The instructions filed on behalf of the State be kept with the records.

There will be no order as to costs.
