Re : CPAN 1605 of 2023.

The matter has been brought to the list for correction of the typographical error in the order dated February 09, 2024 passed on the application.

In the said order, due to typographical error, the year of the writ petition has been wrongly recorded as "2023" instead of "2022".

Let such error be corrected. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the aforesaid order to the extent as indicated above, similar correction be carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

This is an application for contempt alleging wilful violation of the order of this Court dated October 10, 2023 passed in the connected writ petition, by the consent of the parties, the application is treated as on the day's list and is taken up for hearing.

Mr. Ghosh Chowdhury, learned advocate for the applicant, submits that during the pendency of the application, the order violation of which has been complained of has been complied with.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the said application, accordingly CPAN 1605 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
