It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is an inadvertent typographical bonafide error insofar as the name of the petitioner is concerned. In the order dated 21st January, 2026, the name of the petitioner should read as 'Shri Hasibar Rahaman' instead of 'Shri Hasibur Rahaman'.

The order dated 21st January, 2026 stands corrected to the above extent.

The Department is directed is act accordingly.
