Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a direction under section 163 of the BNSS passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Bolpur, Birbhum in connection with M.P. Case No. 184 of 2024.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that in order to maintain peace and tranquility or any unpleasant incidents, police authorities have drawn up proceedings under sections 126/135 of the BNSS. Reference were made by the police authorities to the BL& LRO, Nanur. Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents, I am of the view that the police authorities would only oversee that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28073 of 2024 is disposed of.
