It is averred in paragraph 4 of the said report that Recognition Committee of the Board considered the issue relating to recognition of the concerned Madrasah as unaided Madrasah but rejected the same as per Verification/Inspection Report submitted by LEOMEE of Mass Education Extension Karandighi Development Block under Uttar Dinajpur stating that there is no existence of

Moonlight High Madrasah. Verification Report dated 15th December, 2023 is enclosed to the affidavit filed on behalf of the Board Learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that petitioners were not aware of such Verification Report. Therefore, leave may granted to the petitioners to question such report. In view of report/affidavit filed on behalf of the Board, writ petition stands disposed of granting leave to the petitioners to take steps in accordance with law against Verification Report dated 15th December, 2023, if so advised.
