It is further submitted petitioner is in no way connected with the crime. He is partially disabled. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Materials collected during investigation disclose complicity of the petitioner in trafficking women for sexual exploitation. In view of the aforesaid and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
