Petitioner is elder son of deceased employee 2) Since father of the petitioner was an employee of State Government writ petition at this stage is not maintainable before this Court. 3) Writ petition stands dismissed.

4) However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach West Bengal Administrative Tribunal on self-same cause of action.

5) All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
