Mr. Atis Kumar Biswas Ms. Jyoti Agarwal Ms. Piu Mondal ..for the petitioners Mr. Kallol Basu Mr. Amitabrata Roy Mr. Arkadipta Sengupta Ms. Atreya Chakraborty ..fort he University It is the case of the petitioner college that despite depositing the required fees for application with the University on 2nd November, 2023 the name of the college was not included in the seat matrix for the B.Ed. admission 2023-2025.

The University submits that the date of depositing the fees for affiliation was initially fixed from August 29, 2023 to October 30, 2023. Due to some technical difficulties faced by the College the University decided to accept the affiliation fees belatedly from the petitioner on 2nd November, 2023.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the University to organise another round of counseling for the College. The date of counseling should be intimated to the College by the University within seven days from date.

It is made clear that admission will be restricted for the students who have already applied online for the course.

Accordingly, WPA 26795 of 2023 is disposed of.
