The names of the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr. Shambhunath Ray ad Ms. Sharmishta Ray Chowdhury be corrected as Mr. Shambhu Nath Ray and Ms. Sharmistha Roychowdhury.

In the 2nd line of the last paragraph of Page - 2 of the order dated January 30, 2024, this Court directed that "The judgment and decree passed by the learned trial Judge should be stayed till the disposal of the title appeal on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the learned court below earlier". Inadvertently, the words "on the same terms and conditions as imposed by the learned court below earlier" has not been transcribed in the order. Such omission has created confusion in the minds of the parties. Ms. Sharmistha Roychowdhury, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the occupational charges have

already been paid till January 2024. Yet, to dispel all doubts, the corrections should be incorporated.

Let the corrections be incorporated by the department and the same be treated as a part of the earlier order. Rest of the order dated January 30, 2024 remains unaltered. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
