In the long absconsion of the petitioner in the police case, particularly in view of the fact that warrant of arrest is pending, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5393 of 2023 is dismissed.
