1. It is submitted by counsel for the DPPG that Pension Payment Order has been issued in favour of the petitioners and a copy of the same is taken on record.

2. The petitioners may approach the Treasury Officer, Purba Burdwan-I with all documents of identity and bank particulars.

3. The concerned treasury officer upon receipt of such information shall disburse arrear pension to the petitioners within a period of ten days thereafter.

4. In view of the above, CPAN 1944 of 2025 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

5. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
