1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.

2. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner at the very outset draws attention of this Court to page nos.17 and 18 of the instant writ petition, being a copy of the representation dated 25.11.2025, as submitted with the respondent authorities.

4. It is argued on behalf of the writ petitioner that despite submission of representation, no action has been taken by the respondent authorities

though in such representation dated 25.11.2025 attention of the respondent authorities was drawn to various illegalities and irregularities in respect of different government works in Ramnagar Panchayat No.2, DistrictPurba Medinipur.

5. It is submitted that appropriate relief be granted to the writ petitioners in terms of the prayer made in the writ petition.

6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State in his usual fairness submits before this Court that the respondent no.5 authority may be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2025 in accordance with law.

7. On careful perusal of the entire materials as placed before us and after hearing the learned counsels for the contending parties we while disposing of the writ petition directs the respondent no.5 authority to consider the representation dated 25.11.2025 as has been annexed to the instant writ petition and after giving due opportunity of hearing to the writ

petitioner and/or any other stakeholders, if there be any, shall pass a reasoned order and shall forthwith communicate the same to the writ petitioner.

8. Liberty is given to the respondent no.5 to inspect the site/sites, where allegedly illegality and irregularity took place with regard to construction work, at the instance of the government machineries.

9. The entire exercise as indicated in the foregoing paragraphs is to be completed by the respondent no.5 authority within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order.

10. Liberty is given to the learned advocate-onrecord to communicate a server copy of this order to the respondent no.5 authority for his immediate compliance. The time limit as fixed by this Court is peremptory and mandatory.

11. With the aforementioned observations, this PIL is disposed of.

12. Before parting with, it is made clear that while disposing of the writ petition we have not

entered into the merits of the instant writ petition as well as in respect of merit of the representation dated 25.11.2025 and, thus, all points are kept open for consideration of the respondent no.5 authority.

13. It is further made clear that since affidavits have not been called for, allegations made in the instant writ petition are deemed to have been denied.

14. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be delivered to the learned advocates for the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.
