1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner was an employee of the victim's concern. He had left the job one and half months before the alleged incident of death. It is alleged by the daughter of the victim that the petitioner and another co-accused who were working in the victim's concern, had taken away all papers and money, which allegedly compelled the victim to commit suicide.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State relies on the statements of the nephew of the victim and other statements and documents present in the case diary. She submits that a co-accused standing on a similar footing has been arrested and investigation is going on.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the fact that investigation is going on, I do

not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
