In compliance of the Rule issued by this Court on 29th September, 2023 Mr. Pankaj Tamang, the then Special Land Acquisition Officer/alleged contemnor is personally present.

It is submitted by him through his counsel that he has been transferred to Malda as SubDivisional Officer, Malda Sadar and in his place Mr. Praveen Anup Soren has joined.

Admittedly the order has not been fully complied with till date and there is violation of the order of this Court by the present alleged contemnor. However, learned counsel representing the alleged contemnor prays for time to implement the order of this Court dated 29th September, and considering such prayer one opportunity is given to

comply the aforesaid order of this Court alleged to have been violated and to file the compliance report in the form of affidavit by 24.11.2023.

List this matter on 24.11.2023.

For the time being personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.
