1. This matter has come up at the instance of the appellants for correction of an order dated 17.12.2024 wherein the following typographical mistakes cropped up:- i) In paragraph no. 1, the date typed as 26.11.2008 should be 14.09.2022.

ii) In paragraph no. 1, the Miscellaneous Case No. should be 20 of 2003 instead of 8 of 2004.

iii) In paragraph no. 16, the word 'not' should be inserted after the word 'does'.

2. Since the aforesaid mistakes are apparent and ministerial in nature, Office is directed to correct such mistakes as pointed out.

3. This order may be read conjointly with the order 17.12.2024.
