It is, however, submitted before this Court by the learned advocate appearing for respondent nos.9 to 11 that, following an order of injunction passed by the competent Civil Court, no further construction has been undertaken by respondent nos. 9 to 11.

In view of the stand taken by the respective parties, there is no justification to keep this writ petition pending.

It is made clear that respondent nos. 9 to 11 shall not undertake any construction work without

obtaining the requisite permission from the Panchayat under Section 23(5) of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973.

WPA 28025 of 2025 stands disposed of.
