1. Petitioner is in custody for eight months. She submits that she was a babysitter. There was dispute over her remuneration and she has been falsely implicated. She prays for bail.

2. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show a 4-year old child has been sexually violated by the petitioner. Medical report also corroborates the allegation.

4. Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
