1. Petitioners renew the prayer for bail. .

2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are in custody in excess of 5 years. She draws the attention of the Court to the order dated May 1, 2024 passed by a coordinate Bench in CRM(DB) 1351 of 2024 which was rejected. She submits that, coordinate Bench required the trial to conclude within six months.

3. The order dated May 1, 2024 of the coordinate Bench expressed desire that the trial should preferably end in six months time. No outer time limit was fixed.

4. Court is informed that, the examination of the Investigating Officer is in progress.

5. The trial is therefore at the fag end.

6. Learned trial court is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and to dispose of the trial as expeditiously as possible.
