The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Maintenance Tribunal to dispose of the application which is annexure P-7, at pages 51 and 52 of the writ petition.

A mandatory direction upon the private parties to vacate the premises cannot be passed in this writ petition. The petitioners have already approached the authority which passed the order and the petitioners can seek relief before the said authority, in accordance with law.

The authority shall dispose of the matter independently, by applying the available laws within a period of two months from date.

This order shall be subject to any order that may be passed in favour of the respondent nos. 5 and 6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
