The petitioner happens to be the present President of St. Teresa's Convent School and has been running the school at the address, namely, Garulia Sacred Heart Educational and Social Welfare Society.

The petitioner complained to the police authorities on 15.11.2024 regarding the private respondents having removed

the fixtures and furniture not only of the students but also shifted the table of the Principal outside the school premises, which contains certain amount of cash money.

The accusations against the private respondents also relate to removal of the books of account and other necessary essential documents of the School.

The grievance was for registration of the FIR.

A report has been submitted by the learned advocate for the State, which reflects that Noapara P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024 has already been registered for investigation.

So far as the progress of the investigation is concerned, the police authorities would report to the jurisdictional court. In case any search and seizure is

required, the police authorities will effectively conduct the same.

So far as the other prayers are concerned, the petitioner would approach the appropriate authority and/or Tribunal.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 28305 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
