On the perusal of the materials-on-record and having heard the learned Advocates for the petitioners it is ascertained that the Police authority submitted charge-sheet against the petitioners under Sections 498A/323/325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned Magistrate took cognizance of the offence. I do not find any reason to quash the charge-sheet. The petitioners must face the trial. The objection as to whether the allegation against the petitioners is omnibus or not shall be decided in the trial on the basis of the evidence adduced by the parties. At this stage, I do not find any reason to admit the instant revision. The revisional application is thus summarily dismissed.
