Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared in 2009 recruitment test conducted by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas. Against his name 'RW' has been written meaning thereby 'written withheld'.

I direct the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas to give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, when she will have the liberty to be represented by her learned advocate, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order. In the hearing, if situation

demands, the petitioner should be allowed to rectify any mistake. If there is any real reason for keeping mark as 'RW', appropriate order is to be passed. The petitioner should attend the hearing with all her testimonials before the Chairman, District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas on the date of hearing.

With this observation, the writ application is disposed of.
