1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault.

3. Keeping in mind the gravity of offence and involvement of the petitioner therein we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
