1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. It is contended there were case and counter case between the parties. However injuries are serious and two of the victims have been hospitalized.

3. In view of the nature of injuries and roles played by the petitioners in the assault we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
