Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

Accordingly, civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall dispose of the pending interlocutory application, if any, within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order and will proceed to dispose of the title suit expeditiously.
