Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is being restrained from meeting his father by the respondent nos. 6 and 7.

Learned advocate submits that he complained to the police station but the police authorities did not take any action.

Learned advocate for the respondent no. 7 is present.

Learned advocate for the state has submitted a report. Let the report be kept with the record. In view of the contentions so advanced by the petitioner, I am of the view that the police authorities are not empowered to act in accordance with the

prayers so advanced. However the report reflects that the police authorities have conducted an enquiry and are satisfied that the father is presently safe and residing peacefully.

If the petitioner intends to meet his father he would approach the jurisdictional civil court with appropriate prayers for relief.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 28342 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
