1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had assaulted college students resulting in serious injuries. Some of the students had to be hospitalized.

3. In view of the violent activity perpetrated by the petitioners in an educational institution causing hospitalization of the students we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
