The appearance of Mr. Chatterjee may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the case was instituted in the year 2023 and after conclusion of investigation charge-sheet was submitted on or about 15th September, 2023. Before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur. The next date has been fixed on 4th May, 2024.

Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur is directed that steps be taken to complete the process of supply of documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. and thereafter for consideration of charges. If the learned trial Court is of the opinion after considering of charges that the trial should proceed in that case, the court would fix dates on regular intervals so that the trial can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable

period of time. No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties. All efforts be taken to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the above observation CRR 4593 of 2023 is disposed of.
