Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits she has been falsely implicated in the murder on the suspicion that she had illicit relationship with the deceased. 2.
Learned Counsel for the State submits petitioner had illicit relationship with the deceased. As a consequence her husband Ansarul Haque and others committed the murder.
3. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had illicit relationship with the deceased. In this backdrop it is difficult for us to comprehend why the petitioner would enter into conspiracy with the principal accused i.e. Ansarul Haque to commit the murder. Ansarul Haque has been enlarged on regular bail. In view of the aforesaid circumstance, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that she shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, allowed.
