Ms. Rama Halder Ms. Diya Dutta ..for the petitioner Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick Mr. Sanjib Das ..for the State Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an organizer teacher and he is taking classes in the school as an Assistant Teacher but his name is not figuring in the DLIT report. I do not find any merit in this writ application. The matter is dismissed.
